Our Asheville hotel welcomes groups with event space
From the moment your group arrives, you realize: this won’t be just another gathering. Art Deco design infused with modern mountain sensibilities creates a truly crafted experience everywhere you go. Choose among eight elegant and flexible meeting rooms totaling more than 3,000 square feet, all designed to optimize the success of your event. Whether it’s an intimate board meeting for 16 or a wedding reception for 150, your group will feel well taken care of at Kimpton Hotel Arras.
Modern Design, Historic Perspective
Our meeting rooms pay homage to Asheville’s vibrant history. Take, for example, the Graham Room, honoring the renowned evangelist Billy Graham. The Ashe Room is named for the Harvard-educated Samuel Ashe, state governor in the 1790s. The Wilcox Room pays tribute to Glenn Wilcox Sr., who in the 1960s was enticed by a free two-year lease to become the first tenant of the original BB&T Bank building, now home to Kimpton Hotel Arras. Each meeting space treats attendees to natural light, European oak accent walls, comfortable seating and clean, modern design.
Food + Drink
From filet mignon to smoked pork shoulder to diet-what-diet desserts, our menus are a welcome departure from typical catering fare. Beverages, including hand-crafted cocktails and local beers and wines, are equally exciting.
